Originally known for their compact rangefinders and half-frame cameras, in 1972 Olympus introduced the first of their new SLR system: The Olympus OM-1. Maintaining the same ethos of compact design that their previous cameras followed, the OM-1 was a fully-featured camera for the era, in a package about 30% smaller, and nearly 50% lighter than similar cameras.
The Olympus OM-1n was a slight iteration introduced in 1975, introducing improved flash synchronization, as well as slight redesigns to the film advance.
Includes Olympus OM-1n camera body, Olympus Zuiko 50mm f1.8 lens, and a PX625 battery to power the light meter.
Fully functional and tested. Recently overhauled, including fresh light seals.
