Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, as well as a return shipping fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, with its original packaging. You will also need a receipt, packing slip, or proof of purchase.

Alpine Camera reserves the right to approve or deny your return request at our discretion. If you have any issues with your order, we are happy to provide support to ensure you are satisfied with your order.
If your return is accepted, a shipping label will be provided, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once you are sent your return shipping label, you must ship your returned items within five business days, otherwise your return label will be voided, and your return cancelled. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items, which includes photographic film, paper, chemicals, batteries, and bulbs. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
If you find any fault with any photographic film or paper product, please reach out to the product manufacturer.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds may be denied or deducted from if the item is not in the original, as-shipped condition. For new items, this includes being sealed, in original packaging, with no damage or other wear to the packaging. For pre-owned, used, and vintage items, this includes being in the same functional condition and appearance as when shipped. Any accessories or included items not returned in this original condition will be deducted from the total refund.
