Shipping policy

Shipping:

All items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment during our open hours, 10:00am - 6:00pm CST, Monday through Friday.

Orders greater than $100 will be insured, orders greater than $500 may require delivery confirmation.

All orders generally offer various shipping methods to choose from; however the shipping method used for the order may vary depending on services required. If a specific shipping method or courier is preferred, please note such in order notes.

Local Pickup:

We offer local pickup at our store, located at:

Orders will be ready for local pickup within 1-2 business days after the order is received.

Once an order is ready for pickup, the customer will have 30 days to collect their order.

When picking up an order in-store, the customer will be required to show a copy of their receipt, as well as an ID. 

Failure to collect a local pickup order within 30 days will result in the order being cancelled.
