Introduced six years after the Nikon F2 first hit the market, the F2A ushered in the new Auto-Indexing (AI) metering system, allowing for improved metering communication and overall simplified lens handling. The DP-11 prism featured Nikon's "Photomic" metering, with a 60% center weighted spot, and 40% covering the entire frame. The Nikon F2 was the go-to camera for professionals throughout the 70s, and remains a very iconic camera.

Includes Nikon F2 Chrome camera body, with DP-11 "A" metered prism, Nikkor 50mm f/2.0 AI lens, and two LR44 or equivalent batteries to power the light meter.

In excellent condition, fully functional, with mild signs of prior use. Body shows light, cosmetic paint wear around corners, and lens has some mild internal dust that will not effect image quality.
