Introduced in 1969, and taking the form factor of an oversized 35mm SLR, the system immediately became popular, and remained in production with various updates up until the 2000s. With a vast selection of lenses of varying focal lengths available for the system, from fish-eyes to telephoto zooms, the Pentax 6x7 is a system ready to be used in any situation; the only complexity is carrying it all (that's why they include the handle).

Includes Pentax 6x7 camera body (featuring MLU), TTL metered prism, Pentax Super-Takumar 105mm f2.4 lens, and original left-hand wooden grip.

In very good condition, average signs of prior use, including some brassing on camera body. Shutter fires at all speeds and sounds accurate; lens has minor internal haze/dust, and has yellowed, common for earlier Pentax Super-Takumar lenses. Metered prism is functional and accurate
